As you all know at the game version v0.40 the range for attacks was set at (+/-) 9 levels til level 66 and from level 67, (+/-) 15% of your level. Because the upper levels can attack in lower levels -15% and the low levels not, the 15% range was set from the top level to low level, so each level can attack each higher level which is allowed to attack in -15%.
To calculate the limit levels you can attack after level 67 use the following formula: for minimum = 17/20 x your level for up = 20/17 x your level obtained value is rounded to the nearest whole
Example: if your level is 80, then the minimum that you can attack is: 17/20 x 80 = 68 and maximum: 20/17 x 80 = 94.
